WelcomeWardwell Somatics and Bodywork is located in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I offer my clients a wide range of services from Somatic Experiencing to lymphatic drainage massage. With over 10 years experience, my approach often combines different healing modalities to help you relax and recover.

1. Somatic Experiencing (SE)
SE™ is helpful for working with specific trauma and traumatic events as well general stress, anxiety, and physical pain and discomfort without an obvious medical cause. |

2. Lymphatic Drainage (LDT)
LDT can help support your immune system, reduce pain and increase range of movement, and decrease water retention. It is especially effective pre- and post-surgery. |

3. Therapeutic Bodywork
I combine the bodywork modalities or Shiatsu, CranioSacral, and Myofascial Release for treating headaches/migraines, neck and back pain, reducing inflammation, and letting go of emotional holding patterns. |

A wheelchair ramp is accessible from the parking lot behind the building. The building is owned by Alliance Francaise and sits on the corner of 2nd Ave N and Colfax. ST. PAUL
757 Raymond Ave, St. Paul MN 55114 Parking Metered street parking is available on Raymond. It is free after 6pm. There is also free 2 hr. parking on Charles Ave and Territorial Rd which are only about a block away. My studio is on the second floor, but is accessible by elevator. This building is known as the Security Building and clients should enter through the door on Raymond under the "Security Building" sign.
